What: Celebrate the 4th of July with a dash of excitement at the Excelsior Firecracker Run! Choose your perfect distance with options to run a scenic 10k, a spirited 5k, or a family-friendly 1 Mile route. Race along the picturesque shores of Lake Minnetonka and through the historic streets of Excelsior, Shorewood, Deephaven and Greenwood, and make it a day of patriotic fun by bringing your friends and family to volunteer and enjoy post-race festivities. 

Where: Excelsior Elementary School

When: July 4, 2026. Beginning at 7 AM.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration option "with shirt" will close end of day June 18th. If you missed the option to register with a shirt and would like to purchase one, we will have a limited quantity available at the merchandise table for sale during packet pick-up on a first come, first served basis.
