Join Emily for a guided 2-hour session where you’ll use mindful movement, breathwork and journaling to connect with your body and create space for a more heart-centered life. You will have the opportunity to reflect on where you are at, clarify what is truly important to you, and realign your intentions as you move forward.
This workshop is a personal experience, with space to share and connect with the other students if you choose.
What to bring: A yoga mat (rentals available), comfy clothes, and a journal
