Excelsior Streetcar Line THANK YOU to the community; FREE rides

Visit the Excelsior Streetcar Line as part of the Halloween in Excelsior Trick O' Treating event. Along with handing out candy for the Trick O' Treaters, ESL is offering FREE rides on the Halloween decorated streetcar as a THANK-YOU for all the community support. Candy will be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and FREE rides will be available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Join us for one of the last streetcar rides of the season.  THANK YOU
