Excelsior Streetcar Line Trick or Treat Trolley

Visit the Excelsior Streetcar Line during Excelsior's Trick or Treat the Street event! There will be FREE RIDES for everyone as well as treats for all the Halloween trick or treaters. Is there a scavenger hunt character at the trolley? We're not telling, you'll have to check it out. The FREE RIDES are a thank you to the community for supporting ESL throughout the season. Come and join in the fun! Rides will be available between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
