What: Join us for a Hot Cocoa Stroll in Downtown Excelsior. Participating businesses will provide hot chocolate, cookies, or treats and you shop throughout our vibrant Downtown Business District. The Hot Cocoa Stroll is not just an event; it's a community celebration! By joining, you contribute to the vibrancy of Downtown Excelsior, fostering connections and partnerships. It's an opportunity to turn a slow sales season into a thriving one, with the community rallying around our local businesses.
