Saunas by Voyageur Saunas will be going, and cold immersion will be available directly in Lake Minnetonka. Reid Nelles of Minnesota Movement will be guiding two 25-minute sessions highlighting the pain-free techniques to address the most common areas where people experience chronic pain. And NEW to the line up, DJ CHIME will be spinnin' for us all morning long! There will be a food truck onsite Localz Cafe and ticket holders will receive a complimentary $15 voucher included in your $55 ticket. Natalie Lang will be heading up the snacks; Jen Veralle (formerly Gilhoi), Zero Proof Collective, will be serving NA beverages including Sauna Water, and Vince LaPelusa will be steeping and serving Fresh Steeps! This will be our first event at Back Channel Brewing and we're so excited! Cofounders Josh and Melissa describe it as an entity, a community gathering space, with a come-as-you-are focus. Note: The brewery has an indoor space where alcohol is served (along with several nonalcoholic options). Our event, weather permitting, will be outdoors in their expansive lakefront space with access to lake cold plunging.
