What You’ll Do

As Operations Manager, you’ll be the hub of our mission—coordinating events, managing relationships, and supporting marketing and financial processes. Key responsibilities include:
 ✅ Organize meal packing events (public & private) and handle logistics, volunteer registration, and outreach
 ✅ Collaborate with distributors for meal distribution
 ✅ Support the Board with fundraising, grant applications, reports and onboarding
 ✅ Manage payments and donor/sponsor records
 ✅ Represent MHMM at community meetings and create social media/newsletter content

What We’re Looking For

✔ Passion for addressing world hunger
 ✔ Strong organizational and planning skills
 ✔ Excellent communication and relationship management
 ✔ Tech-savvy (apps, websites, social media, databases)
 ✔ Location: Excelsior, MN - Hybrid role with flexibility. Work remotely most of the time, with occasional in-person participation for community packing events and monthly Chamber meetings.
