The Role Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties using training methods, products & equipment provided by Anchor Cleaning Company
• Complete deep, standard, cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, polishing, dusting, scrubbing, and other cleaning tasks.
• Interact with clients in a courteous manner, addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns they may have.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks to management promptly.

The Requirements & Expectations

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have your own reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Must have your own smartphone with cellular data
• Previous experience in residential cleaning a plus but not required
• Able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day with repeated bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, lifting
• Ability to complete deep, standard, cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, polishing, dusting, scrubbing, and other physically demanding cleaning tasks.
• Superior attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve and communicate clearly
• Exhibit honesty, kindness and be willing to take feedback from clients and adjust accordingly
• United States work authorization required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check & drug test, no exceptions
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and responsibility.
