What You’ll Do

• Perform detailed residential cleaning services using our training methods, products, and equipment
• Complete tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, scrubbing, and sanitizing
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding any cleaning requests or concerns
• Safely use and maintain cleaning products and equipment
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly
• Work independently and as part of a team to maintain consistent, high-quality results

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle required
• Must own a smartphone with cellular data
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Residential cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training

Physical Requirements

This is an active, physically demanding position. Candidates must be able to:

• Be on their feet for up to 8 hours per day
• Repeatedly bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and lift
• Perform detailed cleaning tasks consistently throughout the shift
• Be Pet-Friendly
