Santa Claus Lane, Guest Experience Coordinator - Holiday Magic Maker

Job Summary: The Guest Experience Coordinator will be responsible for the hands-on execution of various activities at Santa Claus Lane, including ticketing, guest check-in, shop check-out, Santa assistance, and workshop support. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, dependable, and loves spreading holiday cheer! This role is crucial in ensuring that all event elements run smoothly and that guests leave with a smile. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Roles and responsibilities will be dependent on the specific shift(s) worked, the number of shifts worked, and the time of shifts worked. It is anticipated that the Guest Experience Coordinator will be responsible for some of the following tasks with us during their tenure at Santa Claus Lane:                    

●  Ticketing & Check-In: Manage guest check-in at the entrance, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth entry for all visitors. Handle ticket scanning, wristband distribution, and guest inquiries as they prepare to enter the enchanting world of the North Pole.                      

●  Shop Check-Out: Assist in the holiday gift shop, helping guests with purchases, processing transactions, and maintaining inventory. Ensure the shop area is festive, well-organized, and fully stocked. 

●  Santa Assistance: Support Santa Claus during meet-and-greet sessions, including managing the line, assisting with photo opportunities, and ensuring children have a magical experience. Help with Santa’s wardrobe and logistics as needed.

●  Santa’s Workshop Assistance: Assist the Makers of Santa’s Workshop to ensure guests have a successful workshop at Santa Claus Lane. Responsibilities include checking guests in, assisting with set-up of craft stations, helping ensure the Workshop is prepared for the next Maker when one finishes, and assisting guests in checking their crafts so they can walk unencumbered through Santa Claus Lane. Engage with children and families, helping them create holiday memories. 

●  Guest Relations: Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest questions, concerns, and needs throughout their visit. Help create a joyful and welcoming atmosphere. 

●  Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist with setting up event spaces, including decorating, arranging seating, and organizing supplies. Help with the breakdown and clean-up after events, ensuring the area is left tidy and ready for the next day. 

●  Crowd Control & Safety: Help manage crowd flow and ensure guest safety throughout the event. Coordinate with security and other team members to address any issues that arise.
